Use a neutral shoe shine to restore luster, but test the bottom or inside of the bag first to make sure it doesn't alter the color. Do not use alcohol based liquids, acidic liquids or other corrosive substance, as these will cause permanent damage to the material. For spills or stains, remove as quickly as possible with a dry cloth. If the leather gets too wet, sometimes it will leave droplet stains that will usually eventually merge with the natural beauty that occurs with the aging of the bag. Avoid extreme moisture and extended exposure to sun. Keep the bag stuffed and in the dust bag when not in use

Consciously is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. We currently only ship within the United States. It takes us between 1-3 business days of receiving the order to process it, depending on the order size.

You should receive your order within 7-10 business days, however, please note that there may be shipping delays due to COVID-19. You may return or exchange full-priced products purchased on wearconsciously.co within 14 days of receipt of your order. Products not returned within 7 days of receiving a return label will not be accepted.

The product must be in its original and unused condition with original hang tags attached and hygiene stickers still affixed to the garment. For health and safety reasons, if the hygiene label is removed or not properly attached, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange. Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
