Shipping + Returns
Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We currently only ship within the US mainland. All orders are shipped directly from the brand, so if your order includes items from multiple brands, they will arrive in separate packages. Each brand sets their own shipping policy. While some offer free shipping, others may charge a small fee. Shipping details are listed on every product page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the order size, it takes between 1-3 business days of receiving the order to process it. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
You may return or exchange full-priced products purchased on wearconsciously.co within 7 days of receipt of your order. The product must be in its original and unused condition with original hang tags attached and hygiene stickers still affixed to the garment. For health and safety reasons, if the hygiene label is removed or not properly attached, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange. Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not cover shipping fees for returns and charge a $10 flat fee. Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. Products not returned within 7 days of receiving a return label will not be accepted.
To request a return, please email returns@wearconsciously.co with your order number and the product(s) you would like to send back. We will review the products once returned and you will receive your refund within 7 business days.
