Aya Paper Co. is an eco-friendly stationary company launched in 2019 by SaVonne Anderson. As an advocate for environmental justice, SaVonne wanted to ensure that her company didn’t perpetuate issues like climate change and pollution, which disproportionately impact communities of color. At Aya Paper Co., they believe that being good to people and being good to the planet go hand in hand. They define sustainability as a way of doing things that sustains the earth and its resources, rather than depleting them. All their paper is made from 100% recycled content, is FSC® Certified and Green-e Certified, manufactured with 100% renewable green energy, and processed without chlorine. Aya Paper Co. invests in actions that strengthen and sustain local, national, and international communities, with a focus on Black folks.
